Today is Sunday and I turned my retainer fully for the first time I felt it tighten I have no idea how i'm supposed to get to used to it if I have to turn it to tighten it twice a week. Thats all folks.
When I had my braces I did not like the first day after the orthodontist appointment because it made my teeth feel tight. But that did not happen twice a week. Does it feel like someone is pushing on the roof of your mouth? Besides sticky halloween candy is there anything you can't eat? Aunt Jeanne
